Huntly officers deal with underage drinkers

Officers from Huntly Community Policing Team have been carrying out patrols this weekend in and around the town.

They have seized a quantity of alcohol from underage drinkers.

Sergeant Mackenzie the local sergeant ‘We take reports of anti-social behaviour seriously and we are out targeting known hot spots where youths tend to gather.

"We will continue to target these areas and deal with any persons seen to be involved in anti-social behaviour.

"If you witness any incidents of disorder or anti-social behaviour then call 101 to report it, if it is an emergency then call 999."
