Gig 4 Garioch will take place this Sunday for charity boost

Musical fundraiser Gig 4 Garioch will return this Sunday, May 2.

A host of local musicians will perform throughtout the day to raise money for four local charities - Garioch Community Kitchen, Home Start Garioch, Inverurie Community Larder and Aberdeenshire North Foodbank.

Between 2pm and 10pm the musicians live performances will be streamed through the Gig 4 Garioch Facebook page.

Those tuning in are encouraged to make a donation to benefit the four chosen charities.

Last year's event successfully raised £1800.

The day's line-up will include:

2pm - Steve Innes.

2.45pm - Chidbeg Duo.

3.30pm - Megan McCann.

4.15pm - Ali Sneden.

5.15pm - Millie Chapman

6.15pm - Iona Fyfe.

7pm - Nick Innes.

8pm - Michael Loszak.

9pm - Scott Mellis.
