Lots going on in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Zoom for Climate Week North East

Climate Week North East got underway yesterday with scavenger hunts, wellbeing sessions and educational workshops.

Running from March 12-21, the week is packed full of inspiring events designed to raise awareness of climate change and show how we can all make a difference.

Many of this year's events, of which there are around 70, are virtual however there are also some which have been designed for people to take part in safely at a time which suits them during the week.

Events have been designed to get all ages involved and cover a variety of interests and topics, from foraging to energy saving to community woodlands.

Activities on offer as part of Climate Week North East include:
