"In partnership with Strathburn Park Playgroup we pulled together a unique project in which sits with in the Sports Centre setting.

"What makes this unique is that it sits out with a school environment giving the children a direct link and access to sport, exercise and our considerable outdoor space here at Garioch Sports Centre from as young as two years of age.

"This enhanced facility and provision is another fantastic addition to our community facility and phase 1 of our ambitious 3 phase development”

He added: "Works are well under way with our £240k project and are progressing well with construction scheduled to be completed in October/November 2020.
