A north-east charity is extending it's offering to Turriff after securing additional funding.

Networks of Wellbeing is a Huntly-based organisation which promotes and supports people in improving their mental health and wellbeing, and they are now offering two classes in Turriff - Chilling Women and Relaxation.

Relaxation provides a session of therapeutic Dru yoga on a Monday morning between 10-11am, using Zoom as a meeting place and encouraging people to take time to stretch and relax.

On a Tuesday between 1-2.30pm, also on Zoom, Chilling Women offers an opportunity to gather with like-minded women to learn about aromatherapy and relaxation techniques while taking a step back from the bustle of modern living.

Places in both classes are limited and booking is therefore essential.

For more information or to book a place you can call: 01466 711 381, e-mail: fiona@networksofwellbeing.org or visit Networks Of Wellbeing on Facebook.
