Freya (8) wins Pony Club class at Keith Show

YOUNG rider Freya Barclay was all smiles after winning at her home show.

Freya (8), rode her 13-year-old Welsh Section A pony Founthill Cassandra to victory in the Pony Club pony class.

The pony has been in the family for seven years and the Newmill Primary pupil has enjoyed riding her for the last four years.

"I am very excited," she said moments after winning the red rosette. "She went very well.

"This was my first time at Keith Show," added Freya of Cameron Drive, Keith.
