The event by Deveron Projects takes place on Monday, July 25, when chef Ian Rainbird will be sharing how to make the dish using some of his favourite ingredients; whisky cured hake with strawberries, cucumber and dill.

Participants will be cooking with quality local ingredients, including strawberries from Barra Berries, hake from the Aberdeenshire coast and Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky Ltd.

This Food Chain will be happening at 6-8pm in Square Deal. You can book your space by emailing jess@deveron-projects.com, and find out more information at www.deveron-projects.com/events/
