Inverurie and District Flower Arrangement Society welcomed guest demonstrator Pamela Galloway to its recent meeting.

Her intriguing theme for the session in the West Church Hall was How Did I Get Here?

The artist and art teacher from Limekilns in Fife was looking to diversify her creative talents.

Encouraged by her flower-loving mother she decided to have a go at floral art.

She said: "I just loved it from the start."

Her talents became known and she soon found herself frequently on the road to demonstrate at other floral art clubs.

This was Pamela's first visit to the Inverurie club and members agreed they would be more than happy to welcome back the skilful and entertaining guest.

The society's next meeting is on Thursday, June 9, when the guest demonstrator will be Kath Gibson from Northumberland with the theme Celebrations Around the World.
