Firewalk fundraiser success for Bennachie View staff

Bennachie View Care Home staff in Inverurie held a sponsored Firewalk on Friday evening as a fundraiser for the care home Amenity Fund.

The successful event organised by Firewalk Scotland was held in the snowy conditions and raised over £4500.

Speaking for the Home, Jenny Murray said: "This is an incredible amount and will be used to bring activities and entertainers to the home, to plan outings for the summer, and to buy Christmas presents for the residents.

"We’d like to thank everyone who supported the event for all their generous donations, and for all the supportive messages we received."
