Aberdeenshire food and drink producers will be showcased in festival
Food and drink producers and hospitality venues are set to open their doors as part of the fourth Provenance Festival
It will take place from September 21-29 and is led by VisitAberdeenshire in partnership with Opportunity North East, supporting food and drink, tourism and economic development across the region.
VisitAberdeenshire is funded by Opportunity North East, Aberdeenshire Council and Aberdeen City Council, with the Provenance Festival receiving funding from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund via Aberdeenshire Council.
A festival spokesman said: “The region is set to shine light on north-east Scotland's high-quality food and drink produce and the passionate individuals who make it, by providing visitors exclusive behind the scenes experiences in production and sustainability.
“From hands-on activities, walking tours or putting your own skills to the test, Provenance Festival is like no other.
“With more than 40 businesses already registered, people can take a look at some of the experiences on offer for this year.”
