The Eat Out To Help Out scheme is starting on Monday, August 3.

THE UK government's Eat Out To Help Out scheme is coming into effect next week.

Many places in Moray are taking part in the scheme, which will see sit-in customers get 50 per cent off food and drink, up to a total of £10 per person, on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Monday, August 3, will be the first day customers can take advantage of the offer, which will run throughout August.

You don’t need a voucher to use the scheme and you can use it at the same time as other offers and discounts. There is no minimum spend.

Alcoholic drinks and service charges are excluded from the offer.

A list of Moray eateries taking part is below.

Please note some businesses partaking may not be listed, and some may still sign up before Monday. You can double check and keep updated here: https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/eat-out-to-help-out/find-a-restaurant
