Coronavirus update: Overall cases show a decline but percentage of positive tested cases continues to increase

In the last 24 hours Scotland recorded 245 new cases of Covid-19 which equates to 5.4 per cent of newly tested individuals

There were no new reported deaths and nine people were in intensive care.

The highest number of daily cases reported remained in NHS Great Glasgow with 60 positive cases, with NHS Lothian noting 53, Lanarkshire 49, Fife 23, Grampian 20 and Highland recording eight cases.
