Coronavirus update: Overall cases continue to fall in NHS Grampian

In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 133 positive cases which equates to 1.0 per cent of those tested overall.

NHS Greater Glasgow saw 49 cases and NHS Lanarkshire 17 and NHS Lothian 14.

NHS Grampian reported 13 new cases while NHS Highland recorded two cases.

In the seven days to April 24 there were 23 new cases in Aberdeenshire (8.8 per 100,000), 36 in Aberdeen City (15.7 per 100,000) and 43 in Moray (44.9 per 100,000).

One further death has been recorded in Scotland with Covid-19 confirmed in the last 24 hours.

To date in Scotland over 2,782,162 people have received the first dose of the Covid vaccination and over 1,102,690 people have received their second dose.
