Coronavirus update: NHS Grampian figures continue to be driven by city cases

In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 1317 positive cases of coronavirus which equates to 4.6 per cent of those tested overall.

In the last seven days NHS Greater Glasgow saw 372 cases, NHS Tayside 161 and NHS Lothian 262 .

NHS Grampian saw 74 new cases while NHS Highland recorded 42 new cases.

In the seven days to June 14 there were 66 new cases in Aberdeenshire (25.3 per 100,000), 217 in Aberdeen City (94.9 per 100,000) and 10 in Moray (10.4 per 100,000).

Four new deaths were recorded in Scotland with Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.

To date in Scotland more than 3,571,726 people have received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccination and over 2,516,060 people have received their second dose.
