Coronavirus update: Focus remains on case rises in Moray

In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 191 positive cases which equates to 1.1 per cent of those tested overall.

NHS Greater Glasgow saw 40 cases and NHS Lanarkshire 29 and NHS Lothian 38.

NHS Grampian reported 23 new cases while NHS Highland recorded one case.

In the seven days to April 25 there were 17 new cases in Aberdeenshire (6.5 per 100,000), 37 in Aberdeen City (16.2 per 100,000) and 48 in Moray (50.1 per 100,000).

To date in Scotland over 2,802,152 people have received the first dose of the Covid vaccination and over 1,224,850 people have received their second dose.
