Coronavirus update: Cases remain static across the country

In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 2677 positive cases of coronavirus which equates to 9.7 per cent of those tested overall.

Amongst these newly reported cases NHS Greater Glasgow recorded 502 cases and NHS Lothian 385 cases.

NHS Grampian saw 312 cases while NHS Highland recorded 132 cases.

In the seven days to November 18 Aberdeenshire saw 914 cases (350.5 per 100,000), Aberdeen City 1105 (482.4 per 100,000) and Moray 528 (551.7 per 100,000).

No new deaths were recorded in Scotland with Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.

To date in Scotland more than 4,338,322 people have received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccination and over 3,937,949 people have received their second dose and 1,408,565 have received a third dose or booster.
