Coronavirus update: Aberdeenshire recorded 773 new cases last week

In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 2569 positive cases of coronavirus which equates to 11.5 per cent of those tested overall.

Amongst these newly reported cases NHS Greater Glasgow recorded 502 cases and NHS Lothian 432 cases.

NHS Grampian saw 262 cases while NHS Highland recorded 88 cases.

In the seven days to November 27 Aberdeenshire saw 773 cases (296.4 per 100,000), Aberdeen City 815 (355.8 per 100,000) and Moray 391 (408.1 per 100,000).

Sadly 10 new deaths were recorded in Scotland with Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.

To date in Scotland more than 4,346,736 people have received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccination and over 3,949,736 people have received their second dose.

A further 1,687,792 have received a third dose or booster.
