A former library has been placed on the market after it was closed by its local authority last year.
Portsoy Library has been listed for offers over £60,000.
The building is based at the town’s Aird Green and is bounded by residential properties.
The property overlooks the coastline and has clear views from the front of the building along the coast and out to sea.
The listing outlines: “It comprises a large room that was formerly used as the main library space, a small vestibule and WC.
“It is a detached, single-storey, property of traditional stone construction with a pitched and hipped roof with slate covering and tile ridges.
