A spectacular Christmas light show in Keith has raised more than £7250 to fight multiple sclerosis.

For the past six years Callum Stuart has been transforming the house overlooking Seafield Park which he shares with his grandma Jessie.

The 21-year-old makes many of the decorations himself.

He said: "There's been a great response to the lights this year.

"We've raised roughly double the amount we raised last year, with a total of £7265 now.

"It's been great to hear from the public how they've enjoyed seeing the lights - that's what makes it all worthwhile.

"We're currently taking down all the decorations - a process which has been slowed by the snow and ice this year.

"But plans are already under way for the December 2021 display."

The cash will go to the Friends of Keith and district Multiple Sclerosis Group.
