Conservative Harriet Cross elected as MP for Gordon and Buchan





CONSERVATIVE Harriet Cross has been elected as the MP for Gordon and Buchan.

Ms Cross has ousted Richard Thomson, who was the MP for Gordon from 2019 until 2024.

She won 14,418 votes, beating Mr Thomson whose votes totalled 13,540.

The vote in full: Harriet Cross (Scottish Conservative and Unionist) 14,418

Richard Gordon Thomson (Scottish National Party) 13,540

Conrad James Wood (Scottish Liberal Democrats) 7307

Nurul Hoque Ali (Scottish Labour Party) 4686
