Bargain hungry folk have been delighted to see the return of the Bargain Box in the Wainman room at Kemnay village hall on Friday mornings.

The room is well-stocked with clothes (adults and babies), books, bric-a-brac, fabrics, fresh flowers, costume jewellery, CDs and much much more.

Next door in the Friendship room the Friday community coffee mornings are also up and running again.

Said volunteer Liz McKay: " We are all excited to be going again.

"We started on a trial basis at the beginning of March and we have been very busy ever since.

"People obviously missed the coffee mornings as much for the opportunity to meet with friends and enjoy a catch-up."
