Award-winning comedian, writer and mental health advocate Juliette Barton will play three shows across Moray and Grampian later this month.
She will bring her new material to community venues in Insch, Aberdeen and Buckie.
Her new show, Redefine, deals with how recent difficult years have forced her to reconsider everything she knew.
The show will pick up where the previous show, Define, left off.
Ms Barton said: “I am so excited to come up to the north-east of Scotland and connect with the young people and rural community audiences.
"We have been living in such strange times that having a chance to perform for people in a community hall is a real tonic for the soul.”
Before her career in comedy, Juliette had severe struggles with her mental health, a fact she is open about and which informs her work as a mental health advocate.
She said: "In the past I’ve defined myself by my mental illnesses.
"Having been sectioned under the mental health act and having been diagnosed with 12 conditions and having talked about it openly in my comedy for years I’ve felt liberated by being given the language with which to talk about my invisible illnesses.
"I’ve also felt like sometimes people see a label and that’s all they see."
Special, reduced tickets are being sold by North East Arts Touring (NEAT) and concessions can see Ms Barton's show for only £5.
Full price, adult tickets will cost £7.50.
Audiences can see Redefine on: Friday, January 21 at Bennachie Leisure Centre, Insch at 7.30pm; Saturday, January 22 at Fersands and Fountain Community Project, Aberdeen at 6pm, and;
on Sunday, January 23 at Victoria Park Function Hall, Buckie at 4pm.
