Attempted robbery at Keith bookies – man in court

A KEITH man was in court today following an attempted robbery at a betting shop in the town last week.

David Brown appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court in relation to the offence which took place at the branch of Ladbrokes on Mid Street during Thursday, November 12.

The 64-year-old made no plea to charges of fraud and attempted robbery.

He was remanded pending further inquiries.
