Arrest leads to recovery of £128,000 of heroin at train station

Police Scotland have confirmed that action taken by officers on Monday saw them recovered heroin worth an estimated street value of £128,000 following the search of a man at Stonehaven Railway Station.

A 32-year-old man, from the Liverpool area, was arrested and charged in connection with the discovery.

He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
