Police officers in Banff appeal for information following damage to aircraft at Boyndie Airfield

OVER £10,000 of damage has been caused to a light aircraft at Boyndie airfield in Banff.
Officers are appealing for information in relation to the damage that was caused sometime between July 11 and July 14 last week.
Constable Greig, the enquiry officer, said: "Damage in the region of £10,000 to £15,000 was caused to an aircraft.
"This is a significant loss to the owner and I would urge anyone with any information relating to the crime to come forward. Did you see anyone acting suspiciously in the area?"
Police are encouraging anybody with any information in relation to the incident to contact them on 101 or by using the 'Contact Us' form on the Police Scotland website.
