Appeal following motorcycle theft in Macduff

Officers are appealing for information after a 2017 registered KTM DUKE 390 motorcycle was stolen from Duff Street, Macduff.

The theft occurred between 12.30am and 1am on Tuesday, June 29.

Constable McPherson, Banff Police station said “Enquiries are ongoing in to this crime and we appeal to anyone who might have seen this motorcycle or the person responsible to contact Banff Police Station on 101 quoting reference PS-20210629-0854.”

It is understood that two individuals were caught on CCTV freewheeling the bike away and that the lock on the bike was found broken alongside the cover which was torn off.
