Appeal after sheep worrying incident near Boyndie Drome

Officers in Banff are appealing for witnesses following a case of sheep worrying in a field near to Boyndie Drome.

One sheep suffered extensive injuries which resulted in euthanasia.

The injuries were consistent with a dog attack.

The incident occurred between noon on Saturday, April 2 and noon on Sunday, April 3.

Constable Casey Conner at Banff Police Station said: ''Our enquiries are ongoing and I would urge anyone who may have seen or heard anything to come forward"
