The 29-year-old Highland Cross Welsh Arab – affectionately known as Odi – took the veteran in hand and veteran ridden titles for his 13-year-old rider and owner.

Libby, of Luncarty Farmhouse, Turriff, and her mum Anna were over the moon with his success on Sunday at Keith Show.

"He still goes to Pony Club and does cross country," said Anna. "He is pretty good for his age."

The family bought him aged 24 from breeder Highfield Stud.

Libby, who has been riding from a young age, said: "I am very happy. We have had him for five years and he is a good boy."
