The summer showcase - Light on the Landscape is set to run at Country Frames Gallery at Leslie until August 21.
It features a selection of artists who find their inspiration in the hills, coasts, woods, and waters of our landscape.
Huntly artist, Fi Thomson is exhibiting with there for the first time and the gallerie's Yvonne Flett said: "We are delighted to be displaying her energetic oil paintings which are full of movement, as well as a lovely selection of drawings and sketches in ink, watercolour and graphite.
"In addition, we feature another four artists: from the textures and layers of Rebecca Vincent’s landscape prints to Mary Black’s Eardley-esque cliff top cottages; from Kymme Fraser’s contemporary, semi-abstract pieces in gorgeous hues to all the moods of weather in wild places shown in Caroline Simmill’s oils.
"This is a show well worth coming to see."
Meanwhile the Printastic show will continue at the gallery throughout the summer till July 31 where there is a 10 per cent discount off any framed or mounted print in the gallery and fabulous number of famous names are in this show along with gallery favourites.
Yvonne added: "Having operated on an appointment system earlier in the year we have happily returned to our ‘normal’ opening hours from Tuesday through to Saturday so there is no need to phone ahead.
"However, if you would prefer to have an appointment, please let us know and we can arrange a mutually suitable time.
"We have all the measures in place, following government guidelines, to ensure we keep both customers and us safe during this time."
