Following the latest changes to coronavirus restrictions, Aberdeen Performing Arts have announced that they will be closing the doors of their venues from Boxing Day for three weeks.

With capacity greatly reduced it has been decided that it would be unviable for venues to remain open and performances to go ahead.

Aberdeen Performing Arts will be contacting customers affected by the closure.

At the moment all performances before Christmas are expected to go ahead however customers will be contacted should this change.

Commenting, APA wrote: "We are so sad to be closing our doors again so soon after re-opening and welcoming you all back and we will be back as soon as we can.

"We wish you a safe and happy Christmas from all at Aberdeen Performing Arts."
