Charities invite locals to a night of witchcraft and quizardry

North east Potterheads are gearing up to put their knowledge to the test tomorrow night to raise funds for two Aberdeen charities.

Befriend A Child and Aberneccesities have organised a virtual Harry Potter quiz night which will kick off at 7.30pm on Wednesday, May 6.

Hosted through a Facebook livestream, the quiz will feature six rounds - The Boy Who Lived, The Houses Of Hogwarts, Which Witch, Wizard Or Muggle, Harry Potter IRL, Tom Riddle Me This and The Magic Of Harry Potter.

To participate, the charities are asking for a donation of £3 per person in your team.

The event has already raised over £1300 to be shared between the two charities.
