THE Huntly Hotel has been put on the market for £310,000.
Hotel and licensed property specialist Colliers International is seeking to find a buyer that will develop the property to its full potential.
The ten-bedroom Huntly Hotel, a three-storey stone property, offers extensive unused accommodation in addition to its lounge bar and restaurant. There is space for a function room, a second bar and a nightclub.
Also included in the sale is a spacious four-bedroom flat for owners, as well as two-bedroom staff accommodation, making it ideal for a hotelier or restaurateur wanting to move to the area and build a business.
The Huntly Hotel was bought by current owner Nasser Property in 2013 but returned to the market last year, with the hotel closing its doors in December 2014.
