"We understand that Kevin may have travelled in his car further north and we would appeal to anyone who has seen this vehicle to contact us.
"It is a distinctive vehicle, a Mercedes A180 sports hatchback which in metallic grey, and has a personalised number plate B13 KEV.
"Kevin has not gone missing before and as time goes on we are increasingly worried for his welfare. We just want to find him and confirm he is well."
Kevin is described as around 6ft 3ins, of slim build with short brown hair and blue eyes. When he was last seen he is thought to have been wearing dark trousers and a black polo shirt.
