LOGGIE As he lived his life, gently and with no fuss, Bill, aged 96, passed away peacefully, holding his daughter's hand in the tender care of the staff at Alexander Scott's Hospital on Wednesday 28th August 2019. Devoted dad to Liz and the late Derek, adoring husband of the late Margaret and partner of the late Jess. Much loved papa of Val, Will and Ruth and proud great grandfather of Malcolm and Douglas also a dear uncle and brother-in-law. Funeral service in Huntly Cairnie Glass Church, Church Street, Huntly on Friday, September 6 at 1.30p.m. thereafter to Huntly Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited. Donations, if wished, can be made at the church door for Alzheimer Scotland and Alexander Scott's Hospital. Resting at Ian Esslemont Funeral Services, 3 Chapel Street, Huntly. Bill was a true gentleman who will be greatly missed and will stay in our hearts always.
