There were lots of reasons for pupils to be busy at the end of term.

As well as parties and all the usual end of term madness of tying up loose ends, lots of the pupils were involved in festive productions for their peers, friends and families.

Ellon Academy held their annual Music For Christmas concert for friends, family and the wider community which involved many of the school's musically talented pupils.

Tipperty Primary School invited their families to come and watch them perform Oh What A Knight!

Of course, it wasn't just schools using the arts to spread festive spirit throughout their communities with a number of community groups also putting on pantomimes and concerts.
