There was a full house in Ellon's Tolbooth last week for the monthly A Night With event.

A Night With sees somebody invited along to speak to locals about their life and achievements, and this month's guest was Aberdeen Football Club legend Joe Harper.

He spent two spells at the football club in the 1960s and 1970s and brought with him great success, earning the nicknames King and Goal-A-Game Harper, and earlier this year he was inducted into Scottish Football's Hall Of Fame alongside the likes of Sir Alex Ferguson, Willie Miller and Kenny Dalglish.

As well as sharing some of his memories of his time with the Dons, he also took part in a question and answer session.

The event raised £150 for Grampian Strikers.

The next A Night With event will take place in early 2020.
