Online session to highlight fish preparation skills

HOME cooks are being invited to hone their fish preparation skills at an online session coming soon.

This coming Tuesday will see the Home Chef Skills – Fish Preparation live stream demo take place.

The 45-minute session will be led by Simon Macdonald, the chairman of WCRIFC and former TV chef, and will be followed by a question and answer session.

Among the skills set to be featured are fish filleting, curing, smoking, a gradvalax demonstration and Cullen skink preparation.
