Moray social care opportunities to take centre stage at jobs fair

CAREERS in the social care sector in Moray are set to take centre stage at a jobs fair later this week.

Organised by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), the event is set to run from 10am-12 noon on Friday, June 24 at Moray Pathways Hub, The Inkwell, Francis Place, Elgin.

The DWP have a wide range of employers attending the jobs fair who offering lots of vacancies in a variety roles within social care sector.

The jobs fair is a great way for both those seeking work or a new career path to speak with potential employers face-to-face in a relaxed environment, collect information on employers, ask them questions, apply for jobs, or even have a mini, informal interview on the day.

At the time of writing a total of eight employers have signed up to attend: Allied HealthCare; Capercaillie; Cornerstone; Crossroads; Enable; Homecare Scotland; Moray Council; Real Life Options.

This list of employers may be subject to change in the run-up to the event.
