Covid can't stop Cluny kids having some festive fun!

COVID-19 has stopped a great many things over the course of the last nine months or so, but the one thing it cannot stop is Christmas.

One of the many casualties of the coronavirus restrictions has been the traditional festive parties and dances at schools across Moray and the rest of the country.

However, while the kids may not have been treated to the big parties in their school hall with dancing, food and the like there was still scope to make merry as the Yuletide approached.

With the idea big groups of pupils getting together out of the window children at the nation’s schools have nevertheless been able to celebrate in their class bubbles

Kids at Cluny Primary grasped the chance to make their mark on Christmas within their own class groups where a variety of events got under way.

There were fun and games aplenty, with many of the youngsters – not to mention many of the adults present – dressing up in a suitably festive style.

No doubt the youngsters – and adults, too – were all asking Santa fervently if there was any chance of a return to normal next Christmas.
