MARLEY the American bulldog is a lovely lad who loves to bound around with his favourite toys, which he likes to tug and chew to his heart's content.
This young-at-heart pup has a nice temperament but does need to work on his manners, particularly when it comes to lead training. For this reason, he would like an owner experienced in large breeds to take him to 'model canine citizen' status.
Marley would like to continue his socialising and training using positive reinforcement and so requires an owner with time and patience to do this with him.
He wouldn't be suited to a home with young children, but may enjoy the company of older teenagers or adults to play with him and provide belly rubs. This young chap would like a new home with a secure garden for him to run around in freely.
A big softie who enjoys the company of people, Marley doesn't object to the company of other dogs. While he would not be suited to a home with cats or small animals, he may be able to live with another suitable doggy friend.
Marley is in the care of the Scottish SPCA’s Aberdeenshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre. If you think you can offer him a loving home, please apply via the Scottish SPCA website: scottishspca.org/rehome-a-pet/3505-marley
