Buckie Tesco staff help cancer patient

TWO kind-hearted Buckie Tesco employees have been hailed after coming to the aid of a cancer patient in pain.

Portgordon pensioner Ron Billing found himself in agony after medical equipment which deals with a side effect of his condition did not function properly.

However, two members of the Buckie store team came to his aid.

Checkout team support Kyra McLennan and checkout services manager Zoe Dallas supported him when he took ill in the store.

He said: "As a result I was left in a lot of pain, real agony, and didn’t really know what to do but Kyra and Zoe were brilliant.

"They called an ambulance, which came really quickly, and stayed with me until it arrived and I was safely aboard."
