A team of 15 employees from the Tesco store are organising a 48-hour coffee morning.

The event, which starts on Thursday December 15 at 12.30pm in the All Saints Church Hall, will be raising money for Diabetes UK and the British Heart Foundation.

They are hoping the event will be verified by the Guiness Book of Records.

Sam Thomson, community champion at the store, said: "It should be fun and we will see so many different types of people."

The event will run until 12.30pm on Saturday.
