FISH landings at Buckie Harbour broadly remained on a par week on week.

Last week saw five vessels in all land at the harbour, brining in 237 boxes of fish/prawns/squid and 26 bags of clams. This compares to 290 boxes and no bags the previous week.

The boats taking their catches ashore were Lily Oak VI, Boy Sam, Flourish, Osprey and Our May

A single cargo vessel called at Buckie Harbour last week, the Latvian-registered MV Bon Vivant. She imported approximately 1792 tonnes of malt from Hamburg on June 16, exporting around 2400 tonnes of pebbles/cobblestones to Rye on June 21.
