Buckie fish landings up slightly

THERE was a slight rise in the quantity of fish landings at Buckie Harbour this week.

A total of 17 boxes of fish/prawns/squid were brought ashore, as well as 190 bags of clams.

The previous week saw no boxes at all landed, alongside 56 bags of clams.

Taking their catches to the quayside at Buckie were five vessels: Summerton; Boy Sam; Our May; Aranatha; Silver Fern.
