Appeal for Buckie first alarm responders launched

AN appeal has gone out for more volunteer first alarm responders to step forward in the Buckie area.

Community alarms support vulnerable people to continue living as independently as possible in their own homes.

If they need assistance then can quickly raise an alert at the touch of a button.

Unfortunately, there are a number of people in the Buckie area who do not have family members or friends living close by and rely on volunteers to respond to these alarms.

Volunteers are also required in the Elgin and Dufftown areas.
