Police appeal for Turriff hit-and-run

POLICE are appealing for information concerning a hit-and-run incident in Turriff, Aberdeenshire, between 9.20am and 9.50am on Tuesday, July 19.

An unoccupied dark blue Ford Focus was damaged while parked on Balmellie Street, Turriff, directly outside Turriff Cottage Hospital. It is believed this vehicle’s driver’s side wing mirror and rear wheel arch was damaged by another vehicle.

The cost of the damage is estimated to be a low three-figure sum.
