Motorcyclist injured

A YOUNG woman was taken to hospital last night after her motorcycle was involved in a collision with a car in Sandyhills Road, Banff.

The accident happened at around 9.40pm.

The woman, in her late teens, was taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin, and a police spokesman said her injuries were not life threatening.
