High performance tractors get ready to show their pulling power in Turriff

A two day showcase event is set to take place at the Haughs in Turriff on Friday and Saturday evenings as the North East Tractor Pullers Club holds their first competitive event of the year.

Following a successful return to pulling locally in 2022 with events in Huntly and Turriff,, local owners and guest from further afield will be back out on the specially created track to test their machines.

From the smallest garden class which uses converted ride-on mowers through standard tractors, modified, superfarm and truck classes there' something for everyone as an eclectic mix of machinery is put through its paces.

The showcase pull takes place at Turriff Show Ground - Gates open Friday 6pm and Saturday 3pm - Adults £12. Children go free, with free parking at the showfield.
